Storyboarding.

This is my unfinished copy of a storyboard. In this work we were given a short clip to watch with the rest of the class. We then had to draw our own versions of the short film which gave us an idea of what an actual storyboard may look like. We had to select a scene of every few seconds and then draw it in the box, labelling the different movements and the angles etc. We had to remember the differences between the white arrows (camera movement) and the black arrows (object movement).

For this we were given the names of the different shot types and we had to write a defenition of the word and then draw a picture to help us remember which shot is which.

  1. Excellent work. This is a MERIT.
So far you have shown that you know how to use the black and white arrows to show the movement of the camera and the objects on the screen.

Be sure to complete this storyboard - with camera angles included and a short description of the action that we see on screen.

    Mr Monahan :-)
